3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
The User's Data is collected for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact requests: To manage and respond to messages sent via the contact form or other channels. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, lett. b GDPR) or consent (Art. 6, para. 1, lett. a GDPR).
- Statistical Analysis with anonymized IP (Google Analytics): To monitor and analyze traffic data in an aggregated form. This processing occurs only with your explicit consent (legal basis Art. 6, para. 1, lett. a GDPR). Data is managed according to Google's privacy policy.
- SPAM Protection (Google reCAPTCHA): This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our site from fraudulent submissions (Art. 6, para. 1, lett. f GDPR). The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. Methods and Place of Processing
The processing is carried out using IT tools, with logic related to the purposes indicated. The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
5. Retention Period
The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected. Data for contact requests will be kept for the time necessary to provide a response.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the user has the right to:
- Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data;
- Obtain information on the origin, purposes, and methods of processing;
- Obtain the updating, rectification, or integration of the data;
- Request the deletion or blocking of data;
- Object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
